Installation
************
The easiest way to install and use Diffusion-Relaxation Suite is using `Docker <https://www.docker.com/>`_
or `Apptainer <https://apptainer.org/>`_.
These frameworks enable you to download a single binary image that is preloaded with all software
and dependencies necessary to run our Diffusion-Relaxation workflows. These containers are based on 
the `NVidia's Containers for Deep Learning <https://docs.nvidia.com/deeplearning/frameworks/user-guide/index.html#nvcontainers>`_
and include the `MATLAB Runtime <https://www.mathworks.com/products/compiler/matlab-runtime.html>`_, `Python <https://python.org>`_,
and various Python libraries.

The individual software components of the Diffusion-Relaxation Suite are developed using Python, C++, 
and MATLAB. Our distribution of this software is currently focused on Linux platforms. The tools can
also be run on Windows or Mac computers using Docker. Native builds of the software tools for Windows
and Mac are planned for the future.
