4. Data Preparation

Before spectroscopic image estimation can be performed, the user must convert their multicontrast MRI data into DRSuite’s imgfile format. The imgfile format stores the data in a Matlab v7.3 .mat file (HDF5). The multicontrast image data is stored in the data variable, with other information about the acquisition stored in spatial_dim, resolution, and transform variables.
