DRSuite architecture
DRSuite is designed to support three primary tasks:
The most common workflow will involve
taking an existing set of multicontrast MRI images;
organizing the images and preparing them for further processing using DRSuite’s desired file format (potentially applying spatial registration if the images are misaligned);
and then performing spectroscopic image estimation and visualizing the results.
If users do not have their own multicontrast MRI data, DRSuite also provides tools to simulate phantom data. If desired, this data can then be used as input to the spectroscopic image estimation process.
Users interested in evaluating the quality of their existing multicontrast MRI data or interested in designing a more informative data acquisition protocol can also calculate Cramér-Rao bounds.
